- 114 MBBS Seats in Andaman & Nicobar Islands Institute of Medical Sciences (ANIIMS), Port Blair
- 17 Seats: All India Quota to be filled by MCC Counselling
- 10 Saets: EWS Quota
- 17 Saets: Category-I (Tribals)
- 09 Seats: Category-II
- 44 Seats: Category-III
- 14 Seats: Category-III(a)
- 15 Seats: Category-III(b)

Tribals

Deputationists and Central Government Employees
with transfer liability to serve outside the Union Territory, provided the
candidates in this category have studied the last two years in the Islands and
passed the qualifying examination from a school in the Islands
- Category-III:
Settlers who were settled prior to 1942
and those were settled under various rehabilitation schemes introduced after
re-occupation of the Islands.
The seats in this category will be allocated
as under:-
- A: Pre 1942 settlers
- B: Other Settlers
- C: Seats to be allocated on the1/3rd basis of combined
merit of (a) & (b) above.
NEET qualified students will be admitted through All India quota counselling and state
quota counselling.
Out of total approved 114 seats , 17 seats of All India quota will be filled by online
Counselling by Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), and rest of the 97 seats will be admitted under
state quota (10 EWS plus 87 Category seat).
The Applications
are invited from NEET eligible candidates for admission to ANIIMS through online Portal (
collegeadmission.andaman.gov.in )
Only NEET qualified students from Andaman and Nicobar Islands can apply for above
mentioned 97 seats of state quota.
