NEET Report Form for Mizoram Quota

  • Open Category :
    The term “Open Category” shall include candidates belonging to any of the Scheduled Tribes (STs) of Mizoram who have been permanently residing in the State of Mizoram provided that to be eligible for consideration under Open Category, the candidates(s) should have passed Classes XI and XII from any school(s) within Mizoram State recognized by the Government of Mizoram

  • Category – I :
    Children of local permanent Scheduled Tribe (ST) (Mizo) residents of the State of Mizoram as Category – 1 (The term “Mizo” shall mean those who are Zo-ethnic indigenous people of the State of Mizoram and have been residing permanently in the State of Mizoram.”)

  • Category –II :
    Children of other local permanent Scheduled Tribe (ST) (Non Mizo) residents of the State of Mizoram as Category– II (Provided that to be eligible for consideration under Category –II, the candidate[s] should have passed Classes XI & XII from any school within Mizoram State recognized by the Government of Mizoram)

  • Category –III :
    Children of other Non-Schedule Tribe (Non-ST) permanent residents of the State of Mizoram and children of parents who are serving under Govt. of Mizoram / autonomous bodies etc. as Category-III (Provided that to be eligible for consideration under Category-III the candidate (s) should have passed classes XI & XII from any school within Mizoram State recognized by the Government of Mizoram)

  • Category –IV :
    Children of central / other State Govt. employees not permanently staying in Mizoram as Category-IV (To be eligible for consideration under Category-IV, either of the parents, whoever is serving, should have been posted in Mizoram continuously at least for the last three years and the candidate(s) should have passed classes XI and XII from any school(s) within Mizoram State recognized by the Government of Mizoram)
